To place an Order

To place your order on the Website, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the items you would like to purchase and add them to Cart.
  2. Go to the Cart and check its content.
  3. If you are registered on the website or in one of the SIBERIAN WELLNESS Store as a Consultant or Privileged Client, please log in to start your shopping (enter the Registration number and the password) and go to the item 6 of the instruction.
  4. In case you are not registered in the Company, you can use the quick purchase option choosing "Place the order" in the Cart.
  5. Once you got registered or logged in you can proceed with shopping. You can also place the order using another Registration number.  In this case you should use the "Add set" option.
  6. Next step: choosing a delivery address. Delivery address can be chosen from the profile, or you can add a new one.
  7. If you are not able to pick it up personally, we recommend specifying the name of the other recipient and his/her contact number. The recipient should be available at the address specified in the order. Otherwise, the parcel will not be delivered or will be sent back to the sender.
  8. After choosing the delivery address, you can proceed to the order payment method. The following payment methods are available:  bank card, direct debit and PayPal.
  9. Next step: order verification and acceptance of the return policy.
  10. Then press "Buy now" and pay the order following the instructions of the payment system.
  11. After the payment is completed, a confirmation letter with  the placed order information and the sales contract will be sent to your e-mail.   Also you will get a letter with confirmation of payment to the same e-mail address.
  12. Preparation period to send an order takes 3 work days after payment confirmation. The payment is deemed confirmed once monetary funds are credited to the Company's bank account.  Order which was placed in E-shop automatically gets the number which helps you to see status of your order in the Personal Account.
  13. While submitting order, the delivery service assigns a post number. A confirmation letter will be sent to the provided e-mail address. You can track your order with this post number on the delivery service website.
