SHIPPING

Products once ordered and paid for are shipped via DHL.

PREPARING AN ORDER

An order is prepared to ship within 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. Payment is considered confirmed when the money is deposited into the Company's account.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping of your order usually takes 1-3 business days within Germany. International shipping time depends on the country of destination for the shipment.
Upon placing an order in our online store this order will be automatically assigned a number and a notification will be send to the email address that you specified in the order form. You can track your order using this number.

SHIPPING COST

All orders of 100 € or more are shipped free of charge within Germany and delivered by courier.

Customs documents are not required for shipment to the EU countries.
Upon delivery to non-EU countries, the Customer should on his/her own and beforehand clarify the customs clearance conditions in the recipient country.

Free delivery is available to the EU countries when the order cost is 150 € and more.
Free delivery is available to the UK when the order cost is 140 € and more.
Free delivery is available to the USA when the order cost is 500 € and more.
Free delivery is available to other countries when the order cost is 300 € and more.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN YOU ORDER BY PHONE
All orders of 150 € or more are shipped free of charge within Germany and delivered by courier.

PAYMENT

In the Siberian Wellness E-shop, you can use the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • bank card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • direct debit

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

Pay securely and easily for you order using PayPal. If you select to pay via PayPal you will be transferred directly to the PayPal website. If you are already a PayPal client, you need to enter your data and make a payment. Your order will be prepared and sent immediatly after payment confirmation. The confirmation process usually takes several minutes.

In the Siberian Wellness E-shop you can pay by a bank card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. When placing an order in the E-store, select the bank card payment method.
By verifying your bank card number or by MasterCard SecureCode / Verified by Visa code, you can be sure that your data entry is secure. We use the modern Secure Socket Layer (SSL) method to encrypt your data. The bank card payment service is provided by PayPal.

PAYMENT WITH DIRECT DEBIT

If you prefer not to worry about payment processing at all, it is better to choose the direct debit payment method. Thus you allow the amount of the payment to be withdrawn from your bank account (direct debit). You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal that your SEPA direct debit mandate has been accepted, and your order will be prepared and shipped.
The direct debit payment service is provided by PayPal.

WHEN THE MONEY WILL BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE CARD?

The procedure of payment, as a rule, is carried out after we get your order or several hours after it.

WHAT DOES CARD NUMBER CHECKING MEAN?

MasterCard and Visa cards have a three-figure code, which is printed on the back of your credit card directly next to the signature panel. Upon order placing via email, telephone or internet this code is additionally checked to verify that a Buyer actually has a bank card, but not a cash document.

MASTERCARD SECURECODE / VERIFIED BY VISA

MasterCard 3-D SecureCode and Verified by Visa make online purchasing safer. If your bank is involved, when you pay, an additional window connecting you to your bank opens. In this window you need to enter your personal password and identify yourself as a legitimate cardholder. Password has a security value, only your bank and you know it. To find out if your bank is involved in the payment process, please contact your bank directly.
