New Yearly Siberian Wellness ESG Report: Over 50 Million Invested in Nature Conservation, 50 Saker Falcons Released into the Wild, 654,064 New Trees Planted

Siberian Wellness follows the sustainable development strategy planned through 2030 and implements its own ESG formula, filling it with meaningful initiatives and projects, typical of responsible business. The Company shared its achievements in the Sustainable Development Report 2024.

In 2024, Siberian Wellness focused on several key aspects of sustainable development, achieving significant results in each area.

Governance aspects

Siberian Wellness production family, which includes several clusters (in Siberia, Europe and Asia), is committed to advancing its responsible practices, validated through international certification. Thus, in 2024, the production units have become even more eco-friendly.

In Siberia, the modern and large-scale production unit sets quality standards. Today, there are 3 production units and 18 types of production lines spanning 24,450 square meters. The production unit undergoes regular audits and is certified according to HACCP, ISO and GMP international standards, while its products comply with the strictest FDA requirements.

In 2024, the environmental management standard ISO 14001:2015 was confirmed. Measurements taken of gas purification systems recorded a 99.17% efficiency rate in 2024, indicating minimal environmental impact.

In Serbia, the Dahlia plant, acquired by Siberian Wellness in 2022 and subsequently renovated, received EcoLabel certification for the GREENPIN series of eco-friendly cleaning products.

In Uzbekistan, NamAgroTech production cluster – already certified to GlobalGAP, Halal and ISO 14001:2015 standards – attained the FSSC food safety certification in 2024. The fruit orchards yielded 980 tons of harvest, grown using resource-saving technologies. Thanks to the innovations introduced in 2024, it is possible to save up to 50% of water resources. This is especially important, as the country faces severe water deficiency.

The AQUAVIVA S.R.L. production unit in San Marino, consistent with other Siberian Wellness facilities, aligns with these values and implements eco-friendly solutions.
FSC-certified paper from responsible sources is used for secondary packaging, a waste separation system is implemented, a green roof is installed for better thermal insulation and ecological impact reduction, solar panels are in place to decrease CO₂ emissions and conserve resources.

Environmental projects

Investments in nature are growing steadily, fueled by business expansion and contributions from Siberian Wellness Consultants to the corporate World Around You Foundation.

In 2024, as part of My Eco-Fund corporate fundraising program, 55,418 donations totaling 25,381,389 rubles were received. Overall, Siberian Wellness has invested 53,4 million rubles in nature conservation projects.

In 2024, funded by the World Around You Foundation, Russia's first-ever mass release of 50 saker falcons into the wild took place. The Foundation welcomed a new species under its protection – the demoiselle crane, while also making Russia's first documentary film about the Baikal seal. Comprehensive efforts continued to protect the Greenland whale, snow leopard, steppe eagle, and more than 15 other rare species of animals, birds, and plants.

In 2024, 4,786 Siberian Wellness volunteers from 10 countries participated in tree planting as part of the "100 Ha" project, while 659 volunteers embraced plogging as their eco-hobby. The results are clear: Since the "100 Ha" project launch in 2020, contributions to the corporate Company Foundation have increased significantly, especially among the active Client network (they are also the participants in volunteer campaigns).

"Five years ago, we launched our flagship "100 Ha" project, starting with a modest 5 hectares, driven by the belief that even small steps could lead to big changes. Over the years, the project has not only become a driver for environmental efficiency (with over 50,000 donations per year), but also created a vibrant community of people who prove every day that sustainable development is not an abstract goal, but real actions. As our responsible business grows, so does community involvement: Over 5,000 volunteers join us yearly, turning environmental action into personal, meaningful mission. The ESG formula has proven to be successful, paving the way for new opportunities to inspire and change our lives for the better," says Tatyana Gorokhovskaya, the President of Siberian Wellness.

The social impact can be reflected in specific figures. In 2020, the Foundation received 13,819 contributions; by 2024, this number quadrupled to 55,418.

Social responsibility and well-being

Siberian Wellness operates using a direct sales model, where creating a strong emotional bond between the brand and its consumers is as crucial as product manufacturing and sales.

Thus, in 2024, the focus was on the Siberian Wellness Mental Health Program for employees and Consultants, achieving 67% engagement. The Loyalty Programs continued to develop, involving Consultants from over 30 countries. Around 12,000 participants improved their wellness skills through 6 professional courses offered by the Company.

The Siberian Wellness operations in Uzbekistan have brought considerable social value to the development of local communities, providing social protection and permanent employment for 160 individuals, while officially employing up to 500 seasonal workers daily.

According to a survey of the loyal community, 80% view Siberian Wellness as a sustainable brand, 54% actively participate in eco-projects, and 18% support the cause through donations.

The brand team believes that comprehensive efforts yield the most significant results, which is why we intend to stay committed to building on our achievements in the key areas of sustainable development. And the recognition and feedback from Consultants and Clients inspire Siberian Wellness to enhance our responsible practices and stay true to our core values.
