Please plan your visit to the SIBERIAN WELLNESS Store in Berlin in advance:
- March 28: Last working day before the holidays;
- March 29, 30, April 1: The Store closed;
- April 2: The Store reopens and resumes regular operations.
To ensure the processing of orders in March, we advise prepayment for purchases made via phone. March 28 is the last banking day of the month. Kindly note that if payment is not received by 18:00, all unpaid orders will be canceled.
You can continue to place orders on the E-shop as usual, 24/7, including on March 31.
In the event of an extended closure period, you can reschedule your order through your BackOffice or by contacting us at export@sibvaleo.com.
